Green Park Village is located on the north coast of the Mediterranean island of Menorca. Nestled amongst pine forests and overlooking the only golf course on the island, it forms part of the prestigious Son Parc golf and tennis complex with one of the best beaches on the island close by.

Green Park Village is a Taylor Woodrow design and constructed Complex consisting of 94 privately owned luxury apartment dwellings situated in the Son Parc basin approximately 5 minutes drive from the beautiful and renowned Son Parc beach.

Building of the Village commenced approximately 15 years ago with completion taking place in 1999. It is considered by many to be unquestionably the finest apartment Complex on the island, not only for the quality of its overall features but also the magnificent gardens and 3-pool facility which together presents the visitor with an overwhelming view of open space.

Internally the dwellings boast luxury appointments i.e. en-suite, additional bathroom, generous living area, minimum 2 bedrooms, air-conditioning etc. etc. First floor apartments possess 2 balconies with the main one affording ample space for seating, dining and barbecuing, whilst ground floor dwellings equal this though with the additional facility of rear entrance into the garden locations.

Unlike a commercial holiday complex G.P.V. apartments are privately owned and as such enjoy a varying degree of occupancy consistent with its residential status. Some owners live on site, some enjoy numerous weeks throughout the year whilst others visit during their annual holidays.

The complex is maintained to the very highest level necessitating frequent visits by various contractors. This work, together with the oversight of all matters relating to the complex is undertaken by the full time complex manager, who in turn is responsible to the Community President and Management Committee.

Owners are invited to an Annual General Meeting where matters of the complex are discussed and rules made or amended (see Rules) accordingly all visitors to Green Park Village, both owners and guests are reminded that the rules of the complex should be adhered to at all times.

It should be noted that with the exception of the three swimming pools (two leisure - one exercise) there are no other facilities on site for children or sufficient areas for any ball games.
